Two streams for accessing technology-based support services:

In-house: for groups or individuals who can come into the office.

Online: for individuals who choose to connect online and require support through online video conferencing systems, such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.

Eligibility Criteria

How can I access the Resource Centre?

Located in north-central, south Edmonton, and Leduc, the Centres provide access to computers, internet, phones, copiers, assistive technology, and VR training tools. Operated in three locations, each Centre is designed for universal accessibility and immediate service delivery.

Please be advised that the Resource Center will be closed on certain Wednesdays from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
