Introducing CRAFT, Leduc County’s leading employment program, specifically created to support women aged 18 and older who are facing barriers to employment. CRAFT is designed to equip women with the training, skills, and mentorship needed to succeed in the growing field of construction, all while fostering a more diverse and inclusive workforce.
With a focus on practical, hands-on learning, CRAFT will provide participants with access to essential skills training in various construction trades. This program will also offer job placement assistance, mentorship from industry professionals, and ongoing professional development to ensure long-term career success.
