Contact the Program Coordinator for an information package. This package will be mailed out. Once completed it is returned to the Selections office.
The initial information is reviewed. If SELECTIONS is able to meet the individual’s needs, a program orientation/intake interview will be arranged.
When all the referral information is reviewed and the individual is PDD (Persons with Developmental Disabilities) approved, you will be accepted for the Employment Preparation Phase.
