You will receive a charitable tax receipt at the end of the tax year and, if used appropriately on your income tax return, you will <B>receive 50% of that gift back as a tax refund</B> (for gifts to all charities in the year totaling over $250/year).</div> <DIV ALIGN="LEFT"></DIV> <div> <I><B> <a href="HTMLobj-741/SELECTIONS_DONATION_FORM.pdf"><u>Donation Form</u> </a>  **</B></I></div> <bR> <bR> <div> <I><B>Gifts in Kind</B></I></div> <bR> <div> <B><IMG BORDER="0" SRC="Symb075c00b700f000000000.png" HEIGHT="16" WIDTH="24" ALIGN="bottom" HSPACE="0" VSPACE="0">Gift in kind valued at less than $1,000</B> requires an appraisal from a qualified employee of <B>Selections</B>;           gifts valued at $1,000 or more require an appraisal from an outside arms-length appraiser approved by <B>Selections </B>who is qualified to determine the fair market value of the item(s) being donated.
